Adventure Dog Blog is written with a very special type of dog owner in mind. We write for the dog owner who enjoys travelling with their dogs, taking their dogs on adventures, allowing their dogs to experience new activities, and treats their dogs not just as members of the family, but as partners in crime!
Blog entries are written by a family of four, including the writer, her daughter, and their two dogs Anna and Mr. Meaty.
Anna is a lab/shepherd cross who is large and silly. Her tail waves like a flag and everything encountered during adventures goes into her mouth. She loves the water and giving people huge wet kisses.
Mr. Meaty was our black pug who hated the water, thought he was a big dog, and preferred sleeping on his Mum’s lap. Unfortunately, Mr. Meaty died in April of 2007 and we still miss him terribly.
Chublet is the newest addition to the family and as of Nov. 2007 is five months old. He loves to do the pug scoot (running around like a maniac with his bum tucked under), visit his friends at pug meetups, and chew on Anna’s lips.
The family really enjoys adventuring together, even travelling as a pack down to Mexico in 2006 for three months. There, Anna helped to raise some very small kittens while Meaty defended the home.
Now, I run a doggie daycare from my home, and everyone helps out to keep our visitors entertained and happy.
